Participant Agreement, Waiver and Release of Liability
We care about all participants who use this facility. We have taken all necessary precautions to ensure the facility is safe for use during manned and unmanned hours. In consideration of Lemans Gym Ltd services and/or equipment to enable me to participate in the Fitness Activities, I agree to the following:
- Risks and dangers exist in using gym equipment and participating in activities.
- Participation may result in injury or other ailments; I assume all risks and responsibility.
- Abuse of membership including allowing non‑members access may result in fines and/or termination.
- CCTV operates 24 hours a day. Tampering is forbidden.
Unmanned Access
- Changing rooms/showers/lockers may be restricted for safety.
- Drinks fridge and goods may be restricted; water available as normal.
- Biometric/app entry via the main access door only. Panic buttons are for emergencies.
Gym Rules
- Membership termination requires 30 days’ notice after contract length. Membership is personal and non‑transferable.
- Induction is strongly advised. Under‑16s may not use weights equipment.
- Wear appropriate attire; bags are not permitted on the gym floor.
- No alcohol or drugs. Aggressive/abusive behaviour will result in termination.
- Wipe down equipment after use and re‑rack weights.
- Personal belongings are your responsibility.
- No unauthorised personal training.
- Lockers are for session use only; may be cleared overnight.
- No smoking or e‑cigarettes anywhere on site.
- Do not drop weights or take photos/videos that identify other members without consent.
